Does qPlayer work offline?
Yes, completely. Shows, audio, video and lighting all run from local storage on your device. No account, no internet connection, and nothing to log into at the venue.
Do I need a subscription?
No. qPlayer is free to download and use in stereo. Gig, Plus and Pro are one-time purchases that unlock features permanently. There is no subscription.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Every new install starts with full Pro access for 14 days. When it ends you keep all your shows and setlists, and playback continues on the Free tier. Buying a tier at any time unlocks its features permanently.
Does one purchase cover Mac, iPhone and iPad?
Yes. qPlayer is a Universal Purchase, so buying a tier on any Apple device unlocks it on all of them with the same Apple ID.
What hardware do I need for multitrack audio?
Any class-compliant USB audio interface. Connect it to your iPhone, iPad or Mac and qPlayer routes each channel of your multitrack file 1:1 to the hardware outputs, up to 32 channels.
What is qMix, and is it included?
qMix is qPlayer’s output mixer: faders, mutes, solo and real meters for every output, sitting after your cue levels, with mix snapshots. It’s a one-time £19.99 add-on for any tier, and it’s included with Pro.
